At SJ Interiors, we stand behind the quality of our factory-made interiors. Every wardrobe, kitchen, loft, and storage unit is crafted with precision and durable materials, and we are proud to offer a comprehensive 10-year warranty on all our products.
Our warranty is designed to ensure long-term comfort, trust, and peace of mind.
warranty breakdown:
1. First 5 Years – Free Replacement Warranty
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Functional issues arising from workmanship (hinges, channels, alignment, etc.)
What’s Not Covered:
Any damage caused by:
- Misuse or mishandling by the customer
- Water leakage, flooding, or plumbing faults
- Impact damage or physical force
- Pest infestation (termites/rats)
- Electrical or structural faults in the house
If damage is customer-caused:
- Labor charges: FREE
- Material cost: Chargeable to customer
This ensures fairness while still keeping service support free of cost.
2. Next 5 Years – Service Warranty (Years 6 to 10)
From the 6th to the 10th year, we provide a Service Warranty, which covers all labor and service-related work.
What You Get:
- No labor fee for repairs or adjustments
- Unlimited service visits for issues related to normal usage
Material Costs:
If any parts need replacement after the first 5 years:
- Customer pays only for material cost
- Labor/technician visit remains FREE
This ensures long-term support at minimum cost.
General Terms & Conditions
- Warranty is valid only when products are used under normal household conditions.
- Warranty applies only to products manufactured and installed by SJ Interior and Works.
- Hardware like hinges, channels, and accessories are covered as per the respective brand manufacturer’s warranty terms.
- Warranty becomes void if repairs or modifications are done by an outside technician.
- Normal wear and tear, color fading, laminate edge peeling due to misuse, or surface scratches caused by usage are excluded from free replacement.
- Proof of purchase (invoice) must be presented to claim warranty.
- Warranty starts from the installation date.
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by:
- Water seepage, damp walls, roof leaks
- Fire, natural disasters, or accidents
- Improper cleaning methods or use of harsh chemicals
- Structural changes made by third parties
