SJ Interiors & Works – 15 YEAR Warranty Policy

 We provide a 5-Year Free Replacement Warranty on all modular interior products manufactured and installed by us, covering defects arising from:

• Manufacturing defects 
• Material defects 
• Hardware malfunction under normal usage 
• Workmanship-related issues 

During this period, any defective component covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced free of cost, including both materials and labor charges.

 Following the completion of the initial 5-year replacement warranty, SJ Interiors & Works offers an additional 10-Year Free Labor Warranty.

Under this warranty:

• Labor charges for repair, replacement, installation, and service work will be provided free of cost. 
• The customer will be responsible only for the cost of replacement materials, hardware, laminates, accessories, or any other components required. 
• No labor charges will be billed for warranty-related service visits during this period.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, or improper maintenance. 
• Damage due to water leakage, flooding, seepage, fire, electrical faults, natural disasters, or structural issues in the building. 
• Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, or cosmetic damages. 
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs carried out by third parties. 
• Consumable items and accessories not supplied by SJ Interiors & Works.

 To avail warranty service, customers must:

1. Provide the original invoice or project completion document or the project quotation 
2. Share photographs and details of the issue. 
3. Allow SJ Interiors & Works to inspect the affected area before repair or replacement.

 With 5 Years of Free Replacement Warranty and an Additional 10 Years of Free Labour Warranty, SJ Interiors & Works ensures long-term support, peace of mind, and lasting value for your investment.
